This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App. By using the App, you acknowledge the practices described below.
1. Information You Enter
The App allows you to manually enter and manage information such as:
Blood sugar or glucose readings
Systolic and diastolic blood-pressure readings
Heart-rate and pulse readings
Medication names and schedules
Measurement reminders
Dates and times
Measurement arm and body position
Health-related tags
Personal notes
App settings and reminder preferences
This information may be considered sensitive health information.
2. Local Storage of Health Information
Your manually entered health information is stored locally on your device.
6ixbyte inc. does not receive, upload, synchronize, or store your health records on its servers. The App does not provide cloud synchronization or user accounts.
We do not share your blood sugar, blood-pressure, pulse, medication, reminder, tag, or note information with Google AdMob or other advertising providers.
Your operating system may include device-backup features. Any backup created by Android or your device provider is controlled by your device and account settings, not by 6ixbyte inc.
3. Manual Measurements
The App is a record-keeping tool. Measurements must be entered manually after being obtained from appropriate external equipment, such as a blood glucose meter or blood-pressure cuff.
The App does not independently measure blood sugar, blood pressure, or heart rate. It does not obtain readings from Health Connect, Bluetooth medical devices, the camera, or body sensors.
4. Advertising and AdMob
The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements.
When an advertisement is requested, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share information such as:
Internet Protocol address, which may be used to estimate general location
Advertising ID, App Set ID, and other device or account identifiers
App launches, taps, ad views, video views, and other product interactions
Device, application, and advertising information
Diagnostic and performance information, such as launch time, crashes, hangs, and energy usage
Information used to provide advertisements, measure performance, prevent fraud, and maintain security
Google and participating advertising partners may process this information according to their own privacy policies.
Depending on your region, consent choices, device settings, and our advertising configuration, AdMob may provide personalized, non-personalized, contextual, limited, or technically delivered advertisements.
Personalized advertisements may use previously collected information to select ads based on inferred interests. Non-personalized advertisements do not use past behavior for ad targeting, although identifiers or local storage may still be used for purposes such as frequency limiting, aggregated reporting, fraud prevention, and security.
Where legally required, the App may present privacy and consent choices before requesting eligible advertisements. Available privacy choices may also be accessible from within the App.

5. Information Received When You Contact Us
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address, message, and any information you voluntarily include.
Please do not send sensitive medical records or unnecessary personal information by email.
We use correspondence only to respond to questions, provide support, investigate problems, protect the App, or comply with legal obligations. Support correspondence is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes.
6. Permissions
The App may request limited device permissions required for its features, including:
Notification permission to provide measurement and medication reminders
Internet or network access to request and display advertisements through AdMob
The App does not use notification permission to collect health information.
7. How Information Is Used
Locally stored information is used on your device to:
Save and display your health records
Calculate and display summaries or trends
Organize entries by date, time, tags, and notes
Schedule measurement and medication reminders
Provide the features you request
AdMob-related information is processed separately for advertising, measurement, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and related advertising operations.
We do not use your locally stored health records for advertising.
8. Sharing of Information
6ixbyte inc. does not sell, rent, or share your manually entered health information.
Information processed through AdMob may be shared with Google and participating advertising partners as needed to deliver and measure advertisements, prevent fraud, comply with consent choices, and operate advertising services.
We may disclose information received through support communications if required by law, legal process, or a valid governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect users, our rights, or public safety.
9. Data Retention and Deletion
Health information remains on your device until you:
Delete records using available features in the App
Clear the App’s storage through Android settings
Uninstall the App
Reset or erase your device
Because 6ixbyte inc. does not receive or store your health records, we cannot remotely view, recover, or delete them.
Before uninstalling the App or clearing its storage, preserve any records you want to keep. Deleted local information may not be recoverable.
Information processed by Google or advertising partners is retained according to their respective policies and your available consent or device settings.
10. Advertising Choices
Depending on your device, region, and Android version, you may be able to:
Review or change privacy choices presented in the App
Reset or delete your advertising ID
Limit advertising personalization through Android settings
Adjust consent through an available privacy-options screen
Use device settings to control relevant permissions
Changing these settings may not remove advertisements, but it may affect how ads are selected or measured.
11. Data Security
The App relies on Android’s application-storage and security protections to help protect locally stored information.
Information transmitted by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using industry-standard transport security. Google and other advertising providers are responsible for protecting information processed through their services.
No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, screen lock, backups, and account credentials.
12. International Processing
Google and its advertising partners may process advertising-related information in countries other than the country where you live. Their processing is governed by their respective privacy policies and applicable data-protection safeguards.
Your manually entered health records are not intentionally transmitted to 6ixbyte inc. or transferred internationally by us.
13. Children’s Privacy
The App is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum age required by applicable local law.
We do not knowingly collect children’s health records because manually entered health information remains on the device. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us through email, contact us so we can review and delete it when appropriate.
Advertising shown to children or users under the applicable age of consent is subject to Google’s age-treatment settings, advertising policies, and applicable law.
14. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning personal information processed about you, including rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing.
Because health records remain on your device, 6ixbyte inc. cannot access or remotely delete them. You can manage those records through the App or Android’s storage controls.
For information processed by Google AdMob, consult Google’s privacy controls and policies. For support information held directly by 6ixbyte inc., contact us using the email address below.
15. Medical Disclaimer
The App is intended for personal record keeping and general informational purposes.
The App is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency assistance.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding your health, medications, readings, or symptoms. Seek immediate medical assistance when necessary.
16. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the App, advertising services, legal requirements, or our information practices.
